Une mère se plaint que son enfant de quatre ans se gratte sans arrêt. Faire décrire la peau en anglais (éruption, urticaire, eczéma, cloques), reconnaître les poux à leurs signes, expliquer traitement et peigne anti-poux, situer les piqûres de punaises de lit, calmer les démangeaisons et dire comment éviter une récidive.
