Après l'achat, le dialogue continue : expliquer la garantie, proposer une carte de fidélité sans insister, fixer un rendez-vous de service, parler de la newsletter et de la protection des données. En anglais, de façon que le client comprenne ce qu'il reçoit et revienne volontiers. Consignes en français, contenu en anglais britannique.
